Psychotherapist &  Counsellor

Eve is a counsellor who will soon be gaining accreditation with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is working towards clinical membership and registration as a Psychotherapist. She began her work with COPE in 2022 as part of the NDIS Outreach Team, where she has supported individuals living with psychosocial challenges through psychosocial support and recovery coaching. Eve works in a thoughtful, relational way, drawing on psychoanalytic, systemic, and developmental approaches to help people better understand their inner world. She is particularly interested in supporting clients to explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns can shape emotions, relationships, and the way they see themselves. Her work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a belief that insight can gently support meaningful change.

Eve has experience working across the lifespan, including with children from six years of age, adolescents, adults, and older adults. While her primary experience is working with adult individuals, she has also undertaken training and gained exposure in couples and family counselling. Eve understands that beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially during vulnerable moments, and places strong emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, calm, and supportive. She works at a pace guided by the client, believing that meaningful change
happens when people feel heard, respected, and emotionally held.

Eve holds a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, a Graduate Diploma of Psychotherapy and Counselling, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). She has received clinical supervision and guidance from experienced psychotherapists, supporting her work with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and attachment-related challenges. Eve has also had the opportunity to observe and learn from psychotherapists during her time in Vienna, Austria, further enriching her therapeutic perspective.

Above all, Eve is committed to walking alongside people with care and curiosity as they navigate their own unique journeys. A safe space for your mind, in the moments that matter. Eve offers individual therapy sessions designed to support clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours within a confidential and non-judgmental space. She works with people experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, with the aim of fostering self-understanding, emotional resilience, and positive, sustainable change.
