As a seasoned psychologist, I bring extensive expertise in cross-cultural psychology and mental health, with a strong commitment to fostering inclusion and understanding. My global experience includes practicing in countries such as Bangladesh and Botswana and receiving clinical training in the Netherlands. These experiences have shaped my ability to address the complex interplay between identity, culture, and mental health.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a university lecturer for post-graduate psychology students, sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring psychologists. I am passionate about equipping the next generation of mental health professionals with advanced clinical skills, cultural competency, and a deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My teaching emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, preparing students to make a meaningful impact in their professional careers.
